We cannot thank Andrew and his team enough for their amazing service throughout this difficult time. They are professional yet extremely personable and willing to accommodate you in every way possible. Nothing is too much trouble and they really listen to your wants and needs. They helped us so much with their support and guidance in navigating all the practical aspects of arranging the funeral that you may not be aware of whilst caring, reliable and understanding. We found Andrew Roughley online as we were looking for an independent funeral directors, as we thought they would be more personable than a commercial company. We definitely made the right decision.

From the moment you took Mary (mum) into your care you constantly reassured us of what was happening. There was never any rush or pressure to make arrangements which is what is needed at the time. When we meet with you everything was very calm and we were confident in your ability to organise things on our behalf. The word that continually comes to mind is RESPECT. Respect for mum's remains, respect for us as  a family and for our wishes. The professionalism of Andrew and the team is beyond expectation. His personal approach was very reassuring, knowing we could contact him at anytime to ask anything. An outstanding service provided by Andrew and the team. With their help and support, I have been able to give my Nan the send off she deserved. Nothing is too much trouble, all your wishes and requests are followed to the letter and you are kept in constant contact. They are available 24/7 and if they miss your call they always return it. The night my Nan passed away Andrew and Steve came at 3am smartly dressed, friendly and happy to answer my questions, giving me as much time that I needed before they took over looking after my Nan for me.

the premises in Maghull Square is beautiful, the chapel is private and welcoming and you are welcomed to take as much time as you need, regardless of the time of day. Despite being in a bustling centre it is quiet and peaceful inside. There is no pressure at any point to pick a certain casket or item or to make decisions, everything is on your terms and pace.

I cannot recommend the team enough, the staff are warm and compassionate in your time of turmoil.

I cannot thank them all enough, every member of staff is there for you, not just as a service provider but as a listening ear. The best Independent Funeral provider currently available, whom are focused on you, your family and your loved one in their care rather than being money focused. They also encourage support for other local businesses when helping arrange the funeral.
